  4. Stir gently and close the lid of the pan. Turn the flame low.
  5. Stir once gently after 5-7 minutes and cover again to cook.
  6. Stir again and cover to cook again for 5-7 minutes
  7. Check if potatoes are done. Switch off the gas.
  8. Serve hot with parantha or roti.
